ISIS, IRAQ IN BIBLE PROPHECY

IRAQ, ISIS and the SIGNS OF THE TIMES:

The origin of Isis. ISIS is the Queen of Heaven who was the goddess of Egypt. Isis was the Baal goddess worshipped during the time of the Jews slavery in Egypt. (See the article ‘The Queen of Heaven’)

Isis originated from ISHTAR, the Queen of Heaven of Babylon, Iraq.

Ishtar originated from VIRGO, the beautiful virgin, the 6^th sign of the Zodiac. Virgo is the sun sign of astrology.

In the Baal religion they worshipped the sun. Most nations worship the sun today: Japan, India, Isles of the sea, Egypt, etc.

The worship of this QUEEN OF HEAVEN IS TALKED ABOUT IN THE SCRIPTURES: Jer 44:25 “…burned incense to the Queen of Heaven”

Any time you see the title “Queen of Heaven” it is speaking of the same Baal goddess. They just took on different names in different countries.

VIOLENCE was one of the main things that accompanied the worship of the Isis and the Queens of Heaven.

Jeremiah 19:4-6 “Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents (children); 5 They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind:6 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that this place shall no more be called Tophet, nor The valley of the son of Hinnom, but The valley of slaughter.”

This helps us understand why Isis is so bloodthirsty.

The beheading that is going on now is a precursor of the beheadings that will take place for those who refuse to take the Mark of the Beast. Rev 20:4

NEBUCHADNEZZAR was from Assyria which is modern day Iraq. He threatened to kill everyone who would not bow down to his religion. This is the same spirit working now in Iraq. ISIS is demanding that everyone convert to Islam or be beheaded.

In pagan religions human sacrifice to their gods has always been a part of their worship: Aztecs, Mayans, Polynesia, etc.

GOD HAS ALWAYS USED IRAQ TO JUDGE HIS PEOPLE

IN THE BOOK OF JEREMIAH…ISRAEL WENT INTO BABYLONIAN CAPTIVITY IN IRAQ BECAUSE OF THEIR BACKSLIDINGS.

Isaiah 10:5-6 “O Assyrian, (IRAQI) the rod of mine anger, and the staff in their hand is mine indignation.

6 I will send him against an hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath will I give him a charge, to take the spoil, and to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.”

2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

IRAQ IN BIBLE PROPHECY

Assyria mentioned about in the Bible is the modern day nation of Iraq.

*Outside of Israel, Iraq is the main nation mentioned in the Book of Revelation it is just referred to as Assyria, Babylon or talks about its Euphrates River.

Revelation 16:12-14 “And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. (The EUPHRATES RIVER IS IN IRAQ)

13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty (armageddon).”

Revelation 9:14-16 “Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. 15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.

16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.” (WHAT NATION COULD FIELD THAT LARGE OF AN ARMY?)

Revelation 18:1-5 “And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. (BABYLON IS IN IRAQ).

3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. (OIL)

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.”

Revelation 18:7-10 “How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. 8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. 9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.”

THE ANTICHRIST IS AN IRAQI

Micah 5:2-6. 2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

3 Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel. (THE ONE FROM BETHLEHEM IS JESUS).

4 And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he (jesus) be great unto the ends of the earth.

5 And this man (JESUS) shall be the peace, when the Assyrian (the iraqi, the antichrist) shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces,

6 And they shall waste the land of Assyria (iraq) with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he (JESUS) deliver us from the Assyrian (iraqi), when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders (ISRAEL).”

IT WILL ONLY BE JESUS WHO WILL SAVE ISRAEL WHEN THE ANTICHRIST AND HIS WORLD COALITION ARMY INVADES HER.

Matthew 23:39 “For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.”

Zechariah 12:2-3 “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.

3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.”

Zechariah 14:1-4 “Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

3 Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

4 And his feet (JESUS FEET) shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.”

Luke 1:33 “and of his kingdom there shall be no end.”

Revelation 11:15 “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.”
