Much is being said about Global Warming, a threat to the survival of the earth and the human race. Is this based on fact or is it being used as a scare tactic to control people and nations.

In the early summer of 2007 my wife and I went on an Alaskan Cruise. During the cruise, the ship passed close to the Hubbard Glacier. It is 300 feet high and six miles long, truly a wonder. While viewing this magnificent glacier, a naturalist spoke and brought up the issue of Global Warming. He said that the warming trend that many talk about is not that unusual. History shows there have been many warming and cooling trends in the Arctic. He said that it is true that some glaciers are melting, but this is normal. At the same time many glaciers are actually growing and getting larger. In reality, there has always been some kind of upheaval of nature to one degree or another.

A HIDDEN AGENDA?

If what is happening is not that abnormal, why then are the news media and politicians making such a big issue about Global Warming? Scientists who do not believe in global warming are not given a platform to voice their findings. Why? Is Global Warming being used to further some hidden political agenda?

The United Nations, at its Millennium Global Summit in the year 2000, made a huge issue of the environment. It said that all nations must unite and work together to save the environment or mankind will be destroyed. This is one of the reasons many are pushing to get away from using fossil fuels. No one would argue that we need to be careful with the environment and not abuse it, but what about this issue of Global Warming? Is this a real issue or is it bogus?

At the same Millennium conference, major world leaders were calling for the U.N. to become a central world government. (Another article on this issue will be posted soon). It appears that the main reason the U.N. is trumpeting the Global Warming issue is to use it as a fear tactic to pressure and coerce nations to eventually give over their national sovereignty to the U.N. and allow it to become a central world government. Incredibly, the Bible predicts such a one world government is coming.

Most who are promoting Global Warming are against capitalism, individualism, the Bible and Jesus Christ. They are socialists who believe that the Bible, Jesus Christ, and those who believe in the Bible and Christ are obstructionists to world peace and 'Saving the Planet'. Their idea of 'Saving the Planet', is to get rid of the Bible, Christ and Bible believing Christians.

The amazing thing is that the book of Revelation from the Bible speaks about the very things that the Global Warming prophets are warning us about.

WHAT THE ALARMISTS ARE CALLING 'GLOBAL WARMING' , THE BIBLE CALLS 'THE GREAT TRIBULATION'.

Matthew 24:21 says, "For there shall be GREAT TRIBULATION such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor shall ever be."

The GREAT TRIBULATION IS basically THE SEVEN TRUMPETS (Revelation 9:14), SEVEN VIALS (Revelation 15:7), SEVEN SEALS (Revelation 5:1), AND THE SEVEN THUNDERS in the book of Revelation. It is an unleashing of the unbridled WRATH OF SATAN AND THE WRATH OF GOD in a great confrontation on the earth.

HERE ARE SOME COMPARISONS OF THE PREDICTIONS OF THE GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS WITH THE PROPHESIES OF THE BIBLE.

1. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS:

… ARE WARNING ABOUT SOLAR FLARES FROM THE SUN WHICH COULD THREATEN LIFE ON EARTH.

THE BIBLE PREDICTS:

Rev. 8:12 "The Fourth Trumpet, a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and 1/3rd of the stars; and a third of them turned dark; a third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night"

Rev. 16:8 "The Fourth Vial was poured on the sun and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire, and men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which had power over these plagues; and they repented not to give him glory."

2. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS:

…SAY BECAUSE OF THE STRAIN ON THE ENVIRONMENT, NEW STRAINS OF DISEASES ARE DEVELOPING WHICH CAN'T BE TREATED.

THE BIBLE PROPHESIES:

Rev. 16:8 "The Fifth Vial was poured on the seat of the beast (the Antichrist), and his kingdom was full of darkness, and they gnawed their tongues for pain, and they blasphemed the God of heaven for their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds."

Rev. 16:1 "…pour out the vials of the wrath of God on the earth."

The First Vial "…and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast and worshipped the image."

3. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS:

...WARN OF DROUGHT AND RIVERS DRYING UP.

THE BIBLE PREDICTS:

Rev. 16:12 "The Sixth Vial was poured on the great River Euphrates, and the water was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared." (A great dam has already been built on the Euphrates River)

4. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS:

...GREAT EARTHQUAKES ARE COMING. CALIFORNIA COULD DISAPPEAR.

THE BIBLE PREDICTS:

The Seventh Trumpet:

Rev 16:17-20 "And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath…and the mountains were not found."

5. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS:

...GREAT KILLER WAVES, TSUNAMIS WILL DESTROY MUCH OF THE COAST LANDS.

THE BIBLE PREDICTS:

Rev. 1:20 "…and every island fled away,"
Luke 21:25 "…and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;"

6. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS:

…GLOBAL WARMING IS CAUSING THE GREAT UPHEAVAL IN NATURE: HURRICANES, TORNADOES, HAIL

THE BIBLE PREDICTS:

Rev 16:21-17:1 "And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great."

7. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS:

…GLOBAL WARMING IS CHANGING THE WAY WE WILL LIVE IN THE FUTURE. WE MUST QUIT BEING GREAT CONSUMERS OF THE EARTH'SRESOURCES OR MANY WILL DIE OF FAMINE.

THE BIBLE PREDICTS:

Rev 6:5-6 "And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine." KJV The Third Seal will be masssive inflation. A precursor to this is the greatly inflated price of gasoline which affects and inflates the price of food, housing and everything else.

The Fourth Seal …Rev 6:7-8 "When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, "Come!" I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth."

8. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS:

…WE MUST PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT, THE TREES AND GRASS FOR THE EARTH TO SURVIVE.

THE BIBLE PREDICTS:

Rev. 8:7 First Trumpet: hail and fire mixed with blood was hurled down to earth. One third of the trees burned up; all the green grass will be burned up.

9. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS:

…THE SEAS AND RIVERS ARE BEING POLLUTED AND IF NOT CARED FOR WILL NOT SUSTAIN LIFE AND WILL BE A THREAT TO MAN'S SURVIVAL.

THE BIBLE PREDICTS:

Rev 8:8-11 "And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter."

Rev 16:3-4 "And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea. And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood."

10. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISTS:

…PREDICT KILLER COMETS EVENTUALLY WILL HIT THE EARTH. NASA is preparing ICBM's to intercept them. They also see that chemicals from industry, etc., are polluting our water supply and threatens man's survival.

THE BIBLE PREDICTS:

Rev. 8:10-11 The Third Trumpet, "a great star, blazing like a torch fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and springs of water. The name of the star is Wormwood."

11. GLOBAL WARMING ALARMINSTS:

…THE RING OF FIRE AROUND THE EARTH WHERE MOST VOLCANOES SPAWN FROM CAN AND WILL BE REACTIVATED AT SOME POINT AND KILL HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS. GREAT PLAGUES OF LOCUSTS WILL THREATEN FARM PRODUCTIVITY.

THE BIBLE PREDICTS:

Rev. 8:12 The Fourth Trumpet, a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and 1/3rd of the stars; and a third of them turned dark; a third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night Rev. 9:1 The Fifth Trumpet, a star had fallen from the sky to the earth. The star was given the key to the shaft of the Abyss. When he opened the Abyss, smoke rose from it like smoke from a giant furnace. The sun and sky were darkened by the smoke from the Abyss. And out of the Abyss locusts came down upon the earth and were given power like scorpions of the earth.

Rev. 6:13 The Sixth Trumpet, "release the four angels that are bound in the Euphrates River. And they were released to kill one third of mankind.

The Global Warming Alarmists blame Global Warming for nature's violent upheaval. The reality is that Global Warming has nothing to do with much of nature's activities: earthquakes, solar flares, volcanoes, tsunamis, etc. Other studies have shown that it is not so much what man is doing that is causing the great upheaval in nature as a whole, it is just something nature is doing on its own.

THE GREAT TRIBULATION the Bible speaks of IS THE TIME OF THE WRATH OF GOD ON MANKIND FOR NOT REPENTING OF THEIR SINS.

Revelation 6:16 "And they said, hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne and from THE WRATH OF THE LAMB" (Jesus is that Lamb. John 1:29).

Revelation 6:17 "FOR THE GREAT DAY OF HIS WRATH (referring to God) is come, who shall be able to stand?"

The reality is that The Great Tribulation is what the Global Warming Alarmists see coming. They are using science and conservationism to try to stop it. They are also using Global Warming as a political issue in an attempt to socialize the world and set up a central world government.

The movie 'Armageddon' shows the world uniting and using NASA and modern technology to try to save the earth from a killer comet. This movie reflects the fear and mindset of many. There is a paradox happening here. Global Warming Alarmists by and large, don't believe in the Bible or God, yet they show by their actions and speeches that they believe the prophecies of the book of Revelation are going to happen more so than most Christians. Former vice President Al Gore has spoken out that we should not speak about the Bible's prophesies or we will make an apocalypse happen with our words. It will be a self fulfilling prophecy. Global Warming Alarmists believe that they are the real saviors of the world.

This is the same mentality exhibited by the people who built the Tower of Babel after the flood in Noah's day. They thought by building the massive tower, God would not be able to destroy mankind again with another flood, and they could continue sinning and breaking God's commandment with impunity.

Matt 24:37 Jesus said, "But as the days of Noe (Noah) were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."

Rev 9:20-10:1 "And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts."

Luke 21:25-33 And there shall be SIGNS IN THE SUN, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth DISTRESS OF NATIONS, with perplexity; THE SEA AND THE WAVES ROARING; Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. AND THEN SHALL THEY SEE THE SON OF MAN COMING IN A CLOUD WITH POWER AND GREAT GLORY.

28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then LOOK UP , AND LIFT UP YOUR HEADS; FOR YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWETH NIGH. And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees; When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand. So likewise ye, WHEN YE SEE THESE THINGS COME TO PASS, KNOW YE THAT THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NIGH AT HAND. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled. Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
